We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our residential service team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in the home, performing high-quality installations and repairs, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

What You Will Do:  

• Perform residential electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services

• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions for homeowners

• Inspect electrical systems, wiring, outlets, panels, breakers, switches, and fixtures

• Complete electrical safety inspections and routine maintenance services

• Repair or replace defective electrical components and systems

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally with customer

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local and national electrical codes

• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork

• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism in customers’ homes 

What You Will Bring: 

• Previous maintenance or residential electrical service experience required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and components

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment as needed

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
