We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to support our service team in the field. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in performing routine maintenance, identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and ensuring HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering an excellent customer experience. 

What You Will Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps)
• Inspect systems to identify wear and potential issues before they lead to breakdowns
• Clean and service components to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Test system operation and verify safety and proper functionality
• Clearly communicate findings and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each visit
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards 

What You Will bring:  

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance or service (preferred)

• EPA Certification

• Basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems

• Strong attention to detail and preventative maintenance mindset

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions

• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality work

• Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
