We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to support our service team in the field on the weekends. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who enjoys diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, delivering high-quality service, and continuing to grow their technical expertise while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable system performance for our customers.

What You Will Do: 

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems (heating and cooling)

• Identify issues and provide accurate, effective solutions to restore system performance

• Complete routine service calls and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity

• Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers in a professional manner

• Maintain proper documentation of work performed and parts used

• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working in the field

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and attention to detail  

What You Will bring:   

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair 

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems

• Universal EPA Certification

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Physical ability to work in varied environments and lift equipment as needed

• Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
