Responsibilities:  

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Complete plumbing inspections and identify appropriate solutions
• Service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential systems
• Walk homeowners through findings, options, and recommended repairs
• Complete assigned service calls safely and efficiently
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
• Complete work in accordance with Illinois plumbing codes and company safety procedures
• Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day 

Qualifications:  

• Active State of IL Licensed Plumbers and Chicago Journeyman

• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience 

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working with tablets and mobile dispatch technology (ServiceTitan experience preferred)

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as required

• Ability to successfully complete the hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
